    • Temporary hourly-intermittent Work Study student assistant position available in Facilities Administration and Planning.  

    • Start Date
    • Position available on or after September 9, 2024 and ending on or before May 31, 2024. Possibility of reappointment based on budget, department needs, and job performance.

    • Job Description/Duties
    • Duties include but are not limited to:
      • Pick up recycling paper (plastic, glass, etc.) from various locations throughout campus.
      • Prepare products to be picked up by recycling companies.

      Other duties as assigned.

    • Preferred Qualifications:
      • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills, motivation, dependability, punctuality and a positive attitude.
      • Demonstrates the ability to work under pressure and answer questions with accurate information.
      • Dependable and able to follow through on assignments.
      • A valid California Driver’s License and Vehicle Insurance.
      • Able to lift 40 pounds.

      Required Qualifications:
      • Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
      • Must have received and accepted Financial Aid award for the current semester/year in which you are applying.
    • Salary Range


    • $16.00 per hour.
